SHIPPING INFORMATION

● Orders will always be shipped after payment is received. The shipment will be 1 or 2 days after confirming the payment.

● The delay of a shipment depends on the type of shipment and the distance. Shipments are made and delivered on working days (Monday to Friday). Packages may be delayed through no fault of Promised Land.

● The shipments offered are not urgent or express but if you need to receive the order on a specific date, contact me and I will find the fastest shipment for you.

● If the client has not correctly provided the name and delivery address and the order has already been shipped, it will be necessary to wait for the return package, once it is received, the order may be returned (except shipping costs) or it may be send again paying the shipping costs of this second attempt.

● The shipping price is based on the weight and distance of the package destination and is calculated directly in the shopping cart when adding the items.

● Promised Land is not responsible for possible damage during shipping or loss of the package once it has left our workshop.

NATIONAL SHIPPING

● We ship to any part of Spain with the same rates (including the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

● Please note that sometimes shipments by Correos España may take a little longer than specified.

● Ordinary shipping doesn’t include tracking number, so it is cheaper, but if you don’t trust Correos España and prefer to track the order, you can choose certified shipping that includes the tracking number in its price.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERIES

● Promised Land is not responsible for customs duties in other countries. Any questions consult the post office or customs of your city.

● We ship anywhere in the world with two different intercontinental rates.

● Ordinary shipping doesn’t include tracking number, so it is cheaper, but if you don’t trust Correos España and prefer to track the order, you can choose certified shipping that includes the tracking number in its price.

● According to the new Brexit laws, shipping cost to UK may vary a little compared to other european countries.

RETURNS

Your purchase in Promised Land must leave a good taste in your mouth, but you may want to change or return any of the items you have purchased, so you can request a return.

Once received and verified that the products are in a suitable state to be able to be sold again (without signs of having been used, without damage and with their labels or original package), the customer can choose a full refund of the amount (without count shipping costs) or exchange it for another item, paying the difference if any.

● Returns will only be accepted up to 5 days after receipt of the product. So please contact me asap.

● The customer must be responsible for the return shipment.

● Only the total price of the products will be paid. The shipping costs are not refundable, since it is an external courier company that is in charge of sending the orders

● Returns are not accepted on custom orders or products made to order.
